More productive than open pollinated varieties because of its hybrid vigor. This variety produces solid, very uniform, rich blue-green 1 ½ inch sprouts closely spaced on medium sized plants. Holds well in the garden after the sprouts reach maturity. Best harvested in the fall as a few frosts will improve the flavor. This variety is one of the best for freezing. In Alaska seed must be started indoors 4 to 6 weeks before the last frost for the sprouts to mature. Late
