An open pollinated snowball type cauliflower that produces heavy, solid, seven inch heads with white curds and large, dense wrapper leaves that shield the heads from the sun for nice white heads. This variety has good vigor and is tolerant to temperature variations. A late, heavy producing main crop variety that must be planted in the garden as transplants to assure maturity in Alaska. Excellent for home garden and a good freezing variety. Late and may not mature in cool coastal areas of Alaska.
